Where is my package?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time via the tracking link provided.

Has my order been placed successfully?

As soon as your order is registered in our system, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please note that this email may take up to one hour to arrive. Be sure to check your spam folder.

You can also confirm your order by:

  • Reaching the page titled “Your order” after checkout
  • Receiving an order confirmation email from us

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a second email with delivery details.

I can’t order or find a product — what does this mean?

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, only items currently in stock are available for purchase. If you attempt to order a quantity greater than what is available, the system will automatically adjust your cart to the remaining stock.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Orders are processed quickly to maintain fast shipping times, therefore we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Once an order has been placed, items cannot be added or removed.

However, you may place a new order and contact our customer service — we will do our best to adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

To protect your privacy and personal information, all orders must be placed directly through our website. We are unable to process orders via phone or email.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service immediately.

Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee address modifications.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped within5 business daysfrom our warehouse.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times for your country are displayed at checkout.

What if I haven’t received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you promptly.

How can I pay for my order?

At Caftanya, all payments are securely processed via shop payments, ensuring encrypted and protected transactions.

We offer multiple payment options, including Afterpay, EPS, Bancontact, iDEAL, Przelewy24, Cash App Pay, and Apple Pay / Google Pay.
