2. Products

Caftanya designs and makes Moroccan traditional clothing in its workshop in Morocco. Every piece is cut and sewn after the order, in the chosen size or made to measure at no extra cost. Photos show the real pieces.

3. Prices

In Morocco prices are in dirhams, all taxes included, delivery free. Internationally they are shown in the currency of the delivery country; shipping is added and shown before payment. Import VAT and customs duties of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

4. Orders

Orders are placed on the website or on WhatsApp. In Morocco an advisor contacts you to confirm size and address before cutting. The order is final on that confirmation (Morocco) or on payment (international). It can be changed or cancelled free of charge until cutting starts, within 24 hours of confirmation.

5. Payment

Morocco: cash on delivery. International: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Shopify Payments; the amount is charged when you order.

6. Preparation and delivery

Preparation in 5 working days, dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Times and costs by destination: Shipping page.

7. Withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Morocco: 7 days after delivery (Law 31-08). International: 14 days. Free alteration. Full terms: Returns & exchanges page.

8. Guarantee

Caftanya guarantees every piece matches its description and is liable for manufacturing defects as provided by law. A faulty piece is altered, replaced or refunded, shipping included.

10. Intellectual property

Designs, photos, videos and texts on this site belong to Caftanya. The designs are created by Nadya. No reproduction without written consent.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law; the courts of Tangier have jurisdiction. Customers residing in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
